1958 Nomura, Battery Operated Moon Car Space Ship
Solid example of Nomura's classic battery operated Moon Car Space Ship. Conservatively grades excellent+ with all functions working perfectly. Lithography is all original and without any touch-up's. This was verified under black light examination. Transparent globe and both windshields have no cracks, chips, or breaks. All parts including the globe, seat backs, windshields, and battery cover are also original (verified by black light). All tin litho with plastic accessories. Features stop and go movement, rotating globe with flashing yellow light, and flashing red and green windshield lights. Lithoed as Moon Space Ship with Linemar trademark on the rear bumper. The box (which is no longer with the toy) is marked Moon Car with a Linemar trademark. However, like their classic Robby Space Patrol this toy was produced by Nomura. Size: 13" x 5½" x 8½".
